What do you believe in?

It was 3:00 in the afternoon and I was on a walk with a million thoughts swirling in my mind. Realizing I was in nature but not soaking its beauty in I paused, took a long deep breath, then a few more, and looked up. It was then I noticed a moon so bright that it seemed out of place. Were my eyes playing tricks on me? Or, was it my mind?

The mind says the moon only shines that brightly at night.

My soul soaked in its beauty and said hello.

In that moment I was reminded that rarely, if ever, is 100% of something revealed at any given time. Everything around us is there at 100% and that includes ourselves and other people. Never have I seen 100% of the moon at one time but I know it is there and say it is a full moon once a month.

Do you acknowledge the 100% you bring to each moment?

Where are you in your creation process? Is there a dream or goal you are moving towards yet keep holding out for the full picture? What if only a part of it is meant to be revealed to you at any given time? You can’t see 100% of your car but you get in and propel your body forward at high rates of speed and close to other people doing the same.

Take a chance and propel yourself forward with your dream.

Are you willing to do the same with yourself? With your dreams? With a goal?

Doing or saying something hard, taking a leap of faith, pushing send on that email. Trusting the right amount will be revealed to you at the right time.

TRUST

What a beautiful word. Is it possible fear gets a bad rap as a four-letter word when it isn’t fear that stops us but trust? Trusting others, trusting the YOUniverse, trusting self.

Today on International Women’s Day (or whenever you read this) take a leap of faith, trust that you are going the right direction, and say yes to what it is that lights you up.

Dreams are not a one-day thing, dreams are an everyday thing.

May the moon shine on you in unexpected ways and may the sun light your days with love and trust.
