Nature is my happy place. Yesterday, I started the morning on horseback riding around a local lake. I grew up riding horses, but it had been 20 years since I sat in the saddle and I wanted to reclaim that piece of me again.
As the world begins to emerge from the walls of home, new feelings about money may emerge. Just as the retreat likely brought up emotions each new shift is a new opportunity to explore your feelings around “enough”.
In time the feeling returns. The knowing, the longing, the discomfort. We begin the process again. The outcome may look different but the cycle is the same.
Asking for something to break me feels counter to how I have lived my life. A life of protecting myself from things meant to break me. People are trying to break me.
Sometimes one can get consumed by the busyness of life and forget to dream. To really dream. To reach for the stars kind of dreams. To do that requires the release of weights and take all hope into a hot air balloon and release into the world as if showering it in rose petals or glitter.
Intention is like the seed which becomes the core of the stem and flower. It runs through all that is created from it. It is reflected in all creations. Whether it be a leaf, petal, or pollen. Each piece, particle, and the invisible, carries in it the intention. If the intention comes from fear the creation, manifestation, and all parts are fear. If the intention is love, then all aspects are love.
